About

Rachel Loukas received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Montana in 2010 and later went on to earn her Associates in Human Services with a focus in addiction treatment and prevention. She has a diverse professional background that includes medication therapy management, clinical toxicology, and retail pharmacy.

During her work in the non-profit sector, she was actively involved in public health initiatives by developing and delivering education on the opioid epidemic to both public and healthcare groups.

Most recently, her work has been focused on supporting efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. She has implemented vaccine programs within the community and provides leadership in statewide efforts to supply vaccines and COVID-19 therapeutics to Washington residents.
